Area of the main college campus is 14.5 acres

Besides the main campus, the college hostels- the Eden Hindu Hostel   (Boys’ Hostel) and the Girls’ Hostel have their own campus with areas of 2 acres and 0.3 acres, respectively.

The main college campus consists of the following buildings:

 

The Main Building: Principal’s Office (first floor), English, History, Philosophy, Mathematics (first floor) and Geography Departments (second floor), Physical Education unit, Grievance redressal Cell, Teachers’ Common Room (first floor), Alumni Association Office, Arts Library (ground floor), Conference Hall (the Bankim Sabhagriha) (first floor), NSS Room, Boys’ & Girls’ Common Rooms (ground and first floors), Observatory (rooftop), Employees’ Cooperative

The Baker Laboratories:  Physics (ground & first floors), Botany (first floor), Physiology (second floor), parts of Geology (ground floor) and Zoology Departments (second floor), Animal House (third floor)

 

The Derozio Building: Geology (ground floor), Economics (first floor), parts of Botany (second floor), Chemistry (second to fourth floors) and Statistics (fourth floor) Departments, Science Library (first floor), Economics and Political Science Library (first floor) and the Centre for Economic Studies (second floor), and the main auditorium (Derozio Hall).

 

The Netaji Subhas Building: Bengali (second floor), Political Science (first floor), Sociology (first floor), Hindi (third floor) and parts of Geology (ground floor) Departments.
